My healing journey from chronic health challenges took time. It was a journey of getting dialled into the wisdom of my body and asking the tough questions. It was one that I navigated on my own and with the support of my healthcare team. I researched a lot. I inquired about alternative treatments as well as allopathic care. I worked with naturopaths, functional medicine practitioners, functional nutritionists, acupuncturist, chiropractors, medical doctors, endocrinologists, and energy practitioners. I’ve since realized that we need a holistic approach to healing and wellness, one that supports us as a whole. This is why I’ve created a plan that incorporates nutrition, functional medicine, somatic experiencing, art, nature, movement, and therapeutic practices. Combining these modalities has helped me view my healing as a multilayered process. Even as I experience flare ups during times of stress, I continue to hold the same level of curiosity and commitment, knowing that healing takes patience and it is possible. I would love to offer the same curiosity, care, and coaching that supported me take educated steps towards my health.
As a Certified Functional Nutrition Counsellor, I offer 1:1 health and nutritional counselling sessions and can guide you to look at the underlying factors that contribute to your overall health by moving beyond physical manifestations and symptoms. Yes symptomatology is crucial, as it will help us look deeper into issues pertaining to your concern. That said, my approach is holistic, meaning I look my clients as a whole beyond the realm of symptoms. That looks like looking at your diet, sleep, lifestyle, movement, stress, family history, environment, physical symptoms, food sensitivities, diet, mental health, and more.
My mission is to educate and empower you to become a detective on your health journey and to look within, seek help, and take practical and transformational steps with lasting results.

- I will empower you to see beyond the physical manifestations showing up for you and to realize YOU are in charge and healing is possible.
- I will support you to adapt to a lifestyle suitable for you and your needs, in order to have a happier and more fulfilling life.

Epigenetics has shown us that our environments, diets, behaviours, and lifestyles can alter our DNA activity. This means we get to be in the driver seat of our healing and support our genetic expression for the better. The activation and deactivation of our genetic expression is in our hands and possible through bioindividual interventions. We can move towards newfound and lasting wellness; and we can certainly move beyond our passed down generational patterns, once we learn more about our bodies and histories. With our raised awareness, we get to interrupt these predetermined cycles as we take new steps in the direction of our well-deserved growth.
